A weekly hour class focused on developing strength specific for running. Think squats, calf raises and glute work. All to help make runners stronger, faster and more resilient to injury.

Expect plyometrics and functional fitness with lots of specificity for runners.

Take steps towards developing your running fitness and speed further within an inclusive group with a range of abilities. Sessions involve running reps at 10K - half marathon pace (comfortably hard effort) with short recoveries. All we ask is that you are already comfortable running 5K or more (no matter what speed that is).

These social runs are truly easy. We run at a pace which everyone can complete and we are inclusive. As long as you can jog/run for 30 minutes, you are welcome no matter your pace. Sometimes we cover 3K sometimes we go further, it just depends on the paces of our runners that day. 👌
